- Commit, commit, commit. Make up your mind why you want to eat healthier. Choose small, specific changes you want to make to improve your diet, and then don’t make exceptions.
- Focus on eating more vegetables. Instead of cutting stuff out of your diet, focus on adding more vegetables into your diet. If you really make an effort to eat a lot more vegetables, you won’t have as much room for junk.
- Only eat junk food that tastes good. You can really cut a lot of junk food out by following this rule, and you are only depriving yourself of disgusting tv dinners, substandard candy, and fat free ice cream. You get to keep the junk that is actually tasty, at least until your commitment to your diet deepens and you are ready to make more changes to your diet.
