  1. ugh, foot cramps. I point and flex my toes in those toe separator things when I’m hanging out at home, and I feel like that helps…

  2. I get horrible foot cramps too, and have ever since I was a kid. If it only came on while I was pointing my toes I wouldn’t complain too much, but I often wake up in the middle of the night with foot cramps so bad that I have to jump out of bed and start stretching my toes right away. Not fun. I keep hearing the “drink more water and eat more potassium” advice as well, but it really doesn’t seem to make a difference for me..

    • Ooh, sorry. Mine tend to come whenever I’m really really active. I’m not sure if you saw the other comment on here, but that may be an option for you.
