ugh, foot cramps. I point and flex my toes in those toe separator things when I’m hanging out at home, and I feel like that helps…

I get horrible foot cramps too, and have ever since I was a kid. If it only came on while I was pointing my toes I wouldn’t complain too much, but I often wake up in the middle of the night with foot cramps so bad that I have to jump out of bed and start stretching my toes right away. Not fun. I keep hearing the “drink more water and eat more potassium” advice as well, but it really doesn’t seem to make a difference for me..
Ooh, sorry. Mine tend to come whenever I’m really really active. I’m not sure if you saw the other comment on here, but that may be an option for you.
