I seem to be talking about my favorite mini-workout lately, so I thought I would post it here. It is super simple, and you can either do it on it’s own or add it into a full workout. You can also do sets, but that seems pretty tough. Here’s how it works.
1. Get a copy of the R.A.K.I.M. song off of the Eight Mile soundtrack.
2. Play the R.A.K.I.M. song. Start squatting, keeping up with the beat.
3. Keep going! It’s a long-ass song. Make sure you keep good form- your back should be straight, your knees should not go over your toes, and your bottom should be getting nice and close to the floor.
